Join the Traveling Ewe™ for our second trip to New York City with New York Knitty – Part Ewe™. We had so much fun last year we are going back again next October from the 16th-19th for four days and three nights of fibery fun!

We will be visiting Purl SohoKnitty CityBrooklyn GeneralStringSchool Products Yarns, Woolyn, and the Lion Brand Company Store and maybe a few others!

We will also shop for notions in the world famous Garment District at Tinsel Trading Company and Tender Buttons, stop in to Mood Fabrics, and take a private class on fashion history with the curator of the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Museum – as well as some other fun adventures!

This trip includes private, luxury transportation around New York City, a shared room at the Iroquois Hotel, a picnic in Central Park (weather permitting!), and a thoughtful and fun goodie bag filled to overflowing. All arrangements and reservations will be made, you need only show up.

You will be responsible for your transportation to and from New York as well as your meals. I have carefully scheduled this trip so that it ends the Friday that New York Sheep and Wool starts in Rhinebeck, allowing you to extend your trip to attend the festival on your own, should you choose.

There are only 6 spots available for this trip, so please do not hesitate too long before deciding to join us. Cost is $2750 for double occupancy, $1000 additional for private room.

Notes

Roommate requests will be honored whenever possible, please just add those to the notes section at checkout. If you don’t have a roommate we are happy to set you up with one, or you can upgrade to a single room ($1000 additional).

If you have special dietary, mobility, or other needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are happy to adapt to physical restrictions; this is actually a great way to travel for someone who uses a walker or cane, as you get door to door drop offs with minimal walking required. If you have these or other special requests, please do let us know by selecting the appropriate item from the drop down menu when you register. We’ll then contact you directly to discuss details.

Please read our Helpful Hints & Rules page before booking your trip! Remember – your trip is non-refundable.
